SpaEquip is currently offering free shipping for web orders totalling over $150. This applies only to orders shipped via FedEx Ground to the continental USA. Truck ship items do not qualify.

If your order is over $150, just select "FREE Ground-Continental USA" as the Shipping Method during checkout.
Navigating & Searching
Select a treatment room or other general category across the top of the page to see a complete list of product categories for that type of room. Select one of these product categories to display all products we carry in that category. To show all details and a larger image of a particular product, click on the product name or the thumbnail image. If you are looking for items from a particular product category or brand, then select it from the pull-down menu on the left side of the screen. If you know the product code, product name, or any other keyword, type all or part of it then click on the Search button for a list of items that include your search phrase.
Ordering
Buying from SpaEquip online is easy and secure. For every item there is an "Add to Cart" button that you select to add the item to your shopping cart. This does not commit you to buying it, because you can remove the item from your cart before checking out. After adding an item to your shopping cart, you can continue shopping or click on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page to review your order.

Many items also have a "View Options" button, which you can click to see and select the options that are available for these items. You must make your option selections before placing items in the shopping cart.

When you have all the desired items in your shopping cart, you can click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to enter your shipping and payment information. After completing this information you can review your order and select "Submit Order" when you are satisfied everything is correct.
International Orders
Small International orders can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. After we receive your order we will calculate the postage and email you for your approval of the postage charges. We will not ship the order until we receive your approval.

Large International orders must be shipped to a US freight forwarder or other US location.

Payment for export orders is by Wire Transfer or Credit Card. All prices quoted are in US Dollars. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.

Order Confirmation
After your order is accepted, your order receipt will be displayed, including your order number. You will also receive an emailed confirmation of your order.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Qualified businesses may open an account with SpaEquip by faxing your corporate credit information to our Accounting Department for review. Upon approval, you may place orders by selecting the "Invoice" payment method and providing a company Purchase Order number. Payment terms for open accounts are Net 30 Days.

Shipping Methods & Charges
Orders are shipped from our warehouse or directly from our product manufacturers. Shipping charges are computed and shown on your order for FedEx Ground, Express Saver (3 business days), 2nd Day Air, Priority Overnight, or Standard Overnight shipping in the continental U.S. Please allow 1-5 business days for FedEx Ground transit time (3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii), depending upon your distance from northern California (our warehouse) or our manufacturer's location.
Some items are too large for standard FedEx shipping and must be shipped by truck. These are indicated as Truck Ship items in the detailed product description. The shipping cost for these items will be prepaid and added to your order total. You can request a shipping quote for these items by contacting us.

Product Availability
The availability of our products is indicated for each item on the site, either 'In Stock' or 'Typical Lead Time' before this item can be shipped to you. Our manufacturers' current production lead times might differ from the 'Typical' lead times stated. For items in stock, we will normally ship your order within 1 working day after we receive it. For all orders, please allow 1 to 5 business days for FedEx Ground transit time, in addition to any production lead time involved.
Please note that most facial tables and massage tables need to be custom made for your particular choice of fabric and color. Some wet equipment is also made to order. Unless specified as a Quick Ship item, lead times for these products are typically 2 - 8 weeks depending upon the model and manufacturer. Please call our Sales department to find out how we can help meet your deadlines.

Deposits
Some manufacturers require a deposit for equipment built to order. For these items (e.g. hydrotherapy tubs) we will notify you of the lead time and if a deposit is required. If so, we will charge your credit card or other payment method for the deposit amount at the time of order, then charge the balance when the product actually ships from the manufacturer.
Sales Tax & International Duties
Sales tax will be charged to California and Texas customers. No sales tax will be added for orders from other customers. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Repairs
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with return shipping instructions, track your return and respond to your request effectively. A request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Unless the returned item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused. Some returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom-ordered items, videos, DVDs and books are not returnable.
Warranty repairs on larger items will be handled by the product manufacturer.

Product warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer or importer. Contact our customer service department at assist@SpaEquip.com for warranty information on a particular product.
