Sterilizers, UV Sanitizers
Although germicidal UV enclosures are commonly called 'Sterilizers' we are only using this term for our products that actively sterilize instruments. The others we are calling 'Sanitizers'.
Be careful as you compare these products. The germicidal UV enclosures are designed to store instruments that are already sterile - they do not actively sterilize instrument.
Check your local regulatory requirements for these devices. The state of Texas, for example, requires all cosmetology shops and salons providing manicure/pedicure services to sterilize all metal instruments with an FDA listed sterilizer.
