Selecting spa equipment and disseminating the related technical data has always been a daunting task. After dozens of phone calls and hours of time, the task only seems to get more frustrating. Acting as project managers, we consolidate the spa equipment procurement process and support all the technical issues with your architect, contractor and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineers.

SpaEquip Corporate Accounts offers many project management services you won't find when ordering directly from a spa equipment manufacturer. We represent all the major spa equipment manufacturing companies and make no volume commitments with any company. It is our policy to act strictly on your behalf recommending the spa equipment best suited to the unique needs of your spa.

Pre-installation Analysis

	Design support for spa consultants, architects or interiors firms,
	Identification of equipment needs based on floor plans or planned menu of treatments,
	Review of architectural blueprints for proper equipment selection and placement,
	Support developing equipment key plans and schedules (adding spa and salon CAD symbols to your plans, or we'll send them to you for inclusion),
	Development of detailed equipment documentation with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) specifications for every item,
	Support for your MEP consultants with detailed instructions for correct installation of equipment.

Equipment Installation

	Order processing and handling all shipping/customs arrangements,
	Creation of shipping schedules to ensure proper timing of delivery,
	Tagging of equipment with room number or type to ease the delivery and installation process,*
	Development of loading dock or container lists as required,
	Support to installation staff as needed with technical information.

Post Installation Support

	SpaEquip Corporate Accounts staff will come onsite to supervise the final placement of equipment to the appropriate rooms and check for proper assembly and operation,*
	Creating "punch lists" to identify and solve any equipment or shipping problems,
	Support to ensure you receive the full benefits of all warranties,
	Handling of any last minute reorders or shipments.
